Dynamics of a Breakdown
1 - Receipt requested
The license plate of the broken down vehicle and the driver’s number are enough, the staff on duty will take care of the rest and will contact the driver to fill out the work order
2 - Dealer activation
The dealer who has the tools to resolve the fault in the shortest possible time is contacted near the stopping point
3 - Sharing information
All the phases following the assignment of the assistance are shared in real time with the dealer and then transmitted to the requester and driver
4 - Dealer on site
The dealer reaches the vehicle at the position communicated during activation and works to get the vehicle back on track
5 - End of relief
Once the correct functioning of the vehicle has been restored, the driver is free to get back on the road without having to pay, which will be regularized at a later time directly by the fleet.
