Estas actuaciones pretenden mejorar la seguridad vial, optimizar la gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico y promover un transporte m\u00e1s sostenible.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=\u00bb2944&#8243; img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb css_animation=\u00bbfadeIn\u00bb css=\u00bb\u00bb el_class=\u00bbimg-fluid\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=\u00bbfadeIn\u00bb css=\u00bb\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>LOS PRINCIPALES CAMBIOS: VELOCIDAD Y CUALIFICACIONES<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uno de los cambios m\u00e1s significativos se refiere a la reducci\u00f3n de los l\u00edmites de velocidad para determinados veh\u00edculos pesados. En concreto, para los veh\u00edculos de m\u00e1s de 3,5 toneladas, el l\u00edmite de velocidad en las autopistas se ha reducido <strong>de 130 km\/h a 120 km\/h.<\/strong> Con esta medida se pretende reducir el riesgo de accidentes graves y mejorar la seguridad en los grandes cruces de autopistas, frecuentados a menudo por veh\u00edculos grandes y pesados. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se han revisado los l\u00edmites de velocidad en determinadas carreteras suburbanas y urbanas. Para los veh\u00edculos comerciales, el l\u00edmite en las autov\u00edas extraurbanas se ha fijado en <strong>80 km\/h,<\/strong> mientras que en las zonas urbanas se confirma en <strong>50 km\/h<\/strong>, pero con algunas excepciones y nuevas normas de circulaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s flexibles para las zonas de tr\u00e1fico restringido. Otro cambio importante se refiere a las certificaciones profesionales. Se ha introducido una actualizaci\u00f3n de la normativa sobre formaci\u00f3n de conductores, con el objetivo de garantizar una formaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda en materia de seguridad, uso de la tecnolog\u00eda de a bordo y gesti\u00f3n de riesgos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>IMPLICACIONES PR\u00c1CTICAS PARA LOS TRANSPORTISTAS<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A nivel pr\u00e1ctico, para los transportistas estos cambios suponen un ajuste de sus flotas y procedimientos operativos. Todos estos cambios y actualizaciones tienen como objetivo, por supuesto, mejorar la circulaci\u00f3n de los veh\u00edculos, aunque a veces, debido a las posiciones inc\u00f3modas o incluso peligrosas en las que se detienen los veh\u00edculos, los operadores autorizados de asistencia en carretera no pueden <strong>intervenir r\u00e1pidamente<\/strong> porque est\u00e1n ocupados con otras tareas o no est\u00e1n equipados con el neum\u00e1tico necesario para volver a poner el veh\u00edculo en movimiento. Y con la llegada del buen tiempo y el aumento del n\u00famero de veh\u00edculos en las principales carreteras italianas, la situaci\u00f3n no puede sino complicarse.
