Pronto se dio cuenta de que le gustaba este trabajo y se esforz\u00f3 por convertirse en un profesional preciso y eficaz, poniendo en su trabajo el deseo de aprender y superarse constantemente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=\u00bb2560&#8243; img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb css_animation=\u00bbfadeInRight\u00bb css=\u00bb\u00bb el_class=\u00bbimg-fluid\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=\u00bb2564&#8243; img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb css_animation=\u00bbfadeInRight\u00bb css=\u00bb\u00bb el_class=\u00bbimg-fluid\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text css_animation=\u00bbfadeInRight\u00bb css=\u00bb\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trabaj\u00f3 durante un tiempo como empleado en un peque\u00f1o taller, adquiriendo con el tiempo las habilidades y los recursos que necesitaba para abrir su propio centro. Al principio, los medios de que dispon\u00eda su taller eran escasos y para cada cambio de neum\u00e1ticos Andrea ten\u00eda que volver al taller: la furgoneta con la que realizaba el mantenimiento de los veh\u00edculos en carretera no estaba equipada con todas las herramientas necesarias para trabajar in situ, por lo que tanto el n\u00famero de kil\u00f3metros recorridos como el tiempo empleado en llegar al punto de parada aumentaban exponencialmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El af\u00e1n por hacer bien su trabajo ha recompensado a este joven infatigable, que con el tiempo ha pasado de un taller en el que s\u00f3lo hab\u00eda un gato de botella, un tubo y una palanca, a un centro formado por no menos de dos edificios para el mantenimiento de veh\u00edculos ligeros y pesados en el que tambi\u00e9n se realizan reparaciones mec\u00e1nicas b\u00e1sicas si es necesario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00bb2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text css_animation=\u00bbfadeInLeft\u00bb css=\u00bb\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con dos talleres en funcionamiento y un n\u00famero cada vez mayor de clientes y revisiones que realizar, Andrea tambi\u00e9n involucr\u00f3 en su proyecto a su hermano Carmelo, quien, junto con un compa\u00f1ero de trabajo, se encarga de las revisiones en el taller, mientras que \u00e9l realiza personalmente la mayor parte de las revisiones externas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia, Andrea ha cosechado muchos \u00e9xitos, pero tambi\u00e9n varios accidentes, un par de los cuales le enviaron al hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La base de su \u00e9xito son sin duda sus d\u00e9cadas de experiencia, combinadas con empat\u00eda y una inclinaci\u00f3n natural a comprender las necesidades de los dem\u00e1s: sus clientes suelen tener que coger ferrys, transportar personas y trabajar con plazos ajustados, lo que hace que la aver\u00eda del veh\u00edculo sea un factor determinante en el \u00e9xito de su misi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan Andrea, ponerse en el lugar del cliente es un factor esencial para que el trabajo sea un \u00e9xito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoy, en su furgoneta de asistencia externa y en su taller de casi trescientos metros hay todas las herramientas para operar en tiempo y forma, aunque todav\u00eda falten un par de mec\u00e1nicos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Andrea se da cuenta de que ha conseguido hacer realidad su idea de trabajo en un ambiente sano y jovial, en el que las presiones son s\u00f3lo las de los neum\u00e1ticos que reparan.
